Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Applied AI Engineer who will be excited about joining an early-stage startup. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Gen AI space, experience working with many different LLMs and associated dev tools, and an interest in applying these skills to solve complex real-world problems.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions.
• Implement high-performance, scalable AI systems for processing legal documents at scale.
• Stay current with AI trends, exploring novel research topics to inform our product strategy.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Have extensive experience building production systems, particularly involving LLMs.
• Are proficient in Python and ML Ops, with a strong understanding of NLP and information retrieval.
• Have startup experience, owning problems end-to-end and adapting to new challenges.
• Have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
