Requirements

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to cutting-edge AI/ML projects. In this role, you will work under the supervision of senior engineers to develop, test, and deploy machine learning models while gaining hands-on experience in ML workflows, data preprocessing, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers.
  
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  
• Write clean and efficient code that adheres to software engineering best practices.
  
• Work with fundamental data structures (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues) and basic algorithms (sorting, searching) to solve computational problems.
  
• Apply knowledge of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
  
• Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging for ML pipelines and applications.
  
• Understand and align with business and customer needs while building ML solutions.
  
• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, participating in discussions and sharing insights.
  
• Demonstrate self-leadership through teamwork, responsibility, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in machine learning, software development, or relevant academic/internship experience.
  
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++ preferred).
  
• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering.
  
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
  
• Basic familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
  
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment techniques.
