You'll work directly with founders committed to disrupting immigration. Our founding team combines top expertise across tech, legal, and product:

  • Shuo (CTO): Built Uber's ML Platform (Michelangelo) for 5+ years and led AI/ML at SupportLogic (Series B startup using predictive & generative AI)

  • Aizada (CEO): Harvard Law graduate with 7+ years legal experience at Cooley and consulting experience at McKinsey

  • Assel (CPO): Harvard Business School graduate with 7 years building FinTech products at SoFi, Step, and Ernst & Young.

πŸ” What we're looking for

A 99th percentile "can-do" engineer with 2+ years of LLM experience who will lead our AI initiatives:

  • Deep expertise across the LLM lifecycle (pre-training, fine-tuning, inference, agent systems)

  • Hands-on experience on designing and building eval dataset and pipeline

  • Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact

  • Strong applied AI/ML research background with practical problem-solving abilities

  • Experience shipping LLM applications to production and optimizing post-deployment performance

  • Proficiency with different LLM techniques (prompt engineering and agents) & toolings (RAG and MCP)

  • Intuitive understanding of LLM architecture and the best practices of implementation

βœ… Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founding team to build and ship AI-native products.

  • Transform academic AI research into performant, business-oriented solutions.

  • Design & implement LLM-powered products, such as prompting, agents, experimentation, LLM Ops, measuring quality & performance.

  • Evaluate and productize various types of LLMs for our product use cases

  • Stay at the forefront of NLP advancements: function calling, embedding techniques, reasoning frameworks, agent architectures

  • Own your work end-to-end and integrate the research into our product

⭐️ Nice-to-haves

  • MS/Phd in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

  • Experience working in a small startup environment (Seed or Series A).
