Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, focusing on language model development.
• Fine-tune existing language models to enhance performance, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Design and implement effective language chains for seamless integration into various applications.
• Explore and employ advanced Instruct and Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize model outputs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, particularly in the field of language models.
• Debug and troubleshoot AI models, ensuring robustness and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and fine-tuning Generative AI language models.
• Strong understanding of language chains and their impact on model performance.
• Familiarity with Instruct and Prompt Engineering methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in AI model development.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of evolving AI technologies.
